Homebound Vaccinations
We are proud to partner with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, to provide individual vaccinations to people that are not able to leave their homes. The process is easy, call 603-826-6500 between the hours of 9am-5pm or fill out the form below.

The COVID-19 vaccination program is financed under a contract with the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, with funds provided in part by the State of New Hampshire and/or such other funding sources as were available or required, e.g., the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
